"Are we staying Home"

Anna yells from her bedroom "Mom are we staying home today?" I tell her we are. Then she yells "Can I dress up". I hear her in her room, thinking she is putting on the usual dress up outfit, one of her Princess dresses. As you can see she made her very own Princess outfit. You can't tell very well from the pic but that is a Santa hat.

Wow Joni is already 9 months old! She also went to the doc last week due to another ear infection so they did her WCC for me so I did not have to visit 4 days later for the scheduled check. So here are 9 facts about Joni


1. She weights in at 17lbs 5ozs around 30th%
2. Is 28 inches 70th%
3. Her head is now in the 30th %
4. Eats all table food
5. If Anna has it Joni wants it.
6. Is on her 3rd ear infection this winter
7. Loves my Tupperware cabinet just like Anna did
8. Loves the bath, cries when I take her out
9. Gets diaper rash so easy - If you don't know I am a diaper changing fool so I chalk this up to all the antibiotics she has been taking.

Christmas

The girls had a wonderful Christmas. We all managed to stay healthy the entire week which is a huge success at my house this winter. Joni is back on breathing treatments and Anna seems to be getting something, hopefully just a cold.
Santa left both girls more then enough including a new kitchen which they both spend hours playing it. Grandparents kicked in some new things to go in the kitchen. Santa left a coffee pot, mixer and juicer which move and make noise.
Grandma Judy and Grandpa Rick got them the tent and tunnel set you see above and GGS got them the jail bird outfits! They got more then they needed! Thanks to all.

Joni seems to be growing so fast and loves to eat. Anna eats some days and others I don't think she has more then 3 bites all day. Anna loves her little sister and can pick her up which scares mom and dad. So she hears no a lot. She thinks if Joni cries she should bring her to me. She also gives Joni her plug if she can find one so we might have to break Anna of this habit before we can break Joni!

Joni made Josh's day a few weeks ago when she crawled past me to get to him! He was very proud of this. It was very cute to see.
