Just some pics we have been taking. I am not to good at getting as many pics of Joni. Seems like I have daily pics of Anna at Joni's age....oh my how life has changed and all for the best.

Anna, as a bear. This is the mask she made at school to wear to the bear picnic they had. Her teacher is just awesome. That had a whole week of bear stuff, we had to take her teddy bear to school. At the end of the week her and her bear went on a picnic!

This is one of my favorite outfits, it is just perfect for Joni.

Joni is growing way to fast, we are almost out of all the 0-3 stuff.

Anna had to visit the doc this week after handing me a piece of what I thought was dirt sat. Then she went on to tell me she got it from her ear and it was a brownie she put in her ear. Talk about stink. Luckily the brownie came out on its own the doc did not see any leftovers in the ear.

Masterpiece

This was totally awesome, Anna and Great Grandpa painted! It was so great to watch them in action. The girls are so lucky to have wonderful great grandparents (5 total). Which is the masterpiece you ask Grandpa, Anna or the painting, ALL THREE if you ask me!!!

Joni is working hard today!

Anna and I did some fun work a few days ago, the end result very tasty. My camera battery died before I got a pic of Anna is the act of playing/helping me with the peas.

Now the man at the body shop gets to take a look at my car, and work hard on that. A lovely rock flew up off the road as I passed a dump truck head on and left a mark on the hood and a nice chip in my window! Just glad it was all small damage and we are all fine.

Speaking of work I better do some myself.

6 weeks

I took Joni to the doc on Monday thinking she might have a umbilical hernia and I wanted it checked out. Turns out I was correct she does have a hernia, and as long as it heals itself by the time she turns one we are good to go. Now the prayers go up for Joni's hernia to go away on its own. Since we were already at the doctors and had an appointment next week for the two month appt I requested to go ahead and do it. This saves me a trip and some time. Joni got her shots (ouch) but was not near as upset about it as Anna was when she got her first set. She also got an oral vacation for Roto virus how cool she liked this one! I wish they all could be oral.

She weighted in somewhere around 10 1/2 pounds 75% (Anna never got above 50 if that high)

She was 22 inches plus I think which is 60%

Her head just like Anna's is small in the 30%

Sorry I don't know exact height and weight my mind was else where that morning.

Night Jack and Nails

Anna's favorite thing to wear to bed is her night jack! Grandma Judy bought her this Dora one and since we have added two more, so mom does not have to do laundry every night. She also got her finger nails and toe nails painted for the first time and is very proud. Check her out in her night jack with her beautiful nails. Looks like Anna might be a girly girl how fun, but what will I do?
